Industrial antistatic PU hose for explosive atmospheres PUR Heavy EL DN 160 mm 

Suction and transport hose made of special conductive polyurethane, reinforced with spring steel wire, wall thickness 1,4 mm. Surface resistance 104 ohm, conductive, abrasion resistant, tear resistant, durable, smooth inside, very flexible. Spiral wire can be grounded to discharge static eletricity. Smoothed internal wall optimizes flow of media and reduces abrasion. Pneumatic and gravitational transportation of highly abrasive materials in hazardous areas and potentially explosive atmospheres. Transport of inflammable bulk materials, solid and liquid media, solid fuels, sawdust, wood chips, pellets, granules, dust, carbon, ceramic, sand, gravel, glass particles, aqueous solutions, suspensions, sludge. Application in pneumatic feeders and pneumatic conveying systems in wood industry, construction industry, mines. Used as cable and wire protection and cover of moving parts.
